Each Prize (Monthly Sales Award) must be accepted as awarded and no substitution, transfer, conversion or assignment of Prizes shall be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor (The Equitable Trust Company), which may substitute a Prize of comparable value.

The Winner will have five (5) calendar days from notification to accept a Prize, and will be instructed whom to contact at that time. The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Winner. If a selected Entrant cannot be contacted within the allotted time, or the Entrant fails to notify his or her acceptance of the Prize within the allotted time, the Sponsor reserves the right to void the Prize to that Entrant and select another eligible Entrant for that Prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible or liable to the Entrants for any losses, damages or costs incurred as a result of Entrants entering the contest, or the failure by the Sponsor to deliver the Prize to the winner in accordance with the Rules and Regulations.

By accepting a Prize, Winners release and hold harmless the Sponsor, all its affiliates, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability from any injury, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, and property, arising directly or indirectly, from or in connection with acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize. These official rules, Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.

By accepting a Prize, the Winner consents to the Sponsor’s use of his or her name, photograph, likeness, biographical information and voice in this and future promotions and publicity without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

The Sponsor may terminate the contest, any part or in full, at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever.
