Management Team

		Andrew Moor President; and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Moor has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Equitable since March 2007. Prior to joining Equitable, Mr. Moor has held senior positions with a number of leading private and public organizations in the residential mortgage, financial services and manufacturing industries. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Invis Inc., Canada's largest residential mortgage brokerage business. Previously, he was President of SMED International. Mr. Moor is the former Chairman of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals and a Trustee of Sleep Country Canada Income Fund. He has an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a B.Sc (Eng) from the University of London.

		Bill Edmunds Senior Vice-President, Credit & Chief Risk Officer Mr. Edmunds has extensive professional credit policy experience in both commercial and retail environments. Most recently, he was President and Chief Risk Officer of GE Money Trust Company. Among his many other career highlights, Bill served as Vice President, Credit and Portfolio Administration at TD Asset Finance Corp., and in various capacities at the Toronto-Dominion Bank starting in 1972. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, is a Certified General Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

		John Ayanoglou Chief Financial Officer Mr. Ayanoglou is an accomplished financial services industry executive. Prior to joining Equitable,Mr Ayanoglou’s business experience has included the role of Chief Financial Officer for two publicly-listed financial services firms. Most recently, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Xceed Mortgage Corporation from 2004 to May of 2008 and prior to that he was the Chief Financial Officer of Cartier Partners Financial Group. Mr Ayanoglou’s career has also included working for two major accounting firms and for The Bank of Nova Scotia. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

		Kimberly Kukulowicz Vice-President, Mortgage Services Ms. Kukulowicz joined Equitable Trust in 1991 and has over 17 years experience in mortgage administration.

		Tamara Malozewski Vice-President, Finance Ms. Malozewski joined Equitable Trust in 1995 and brings with her 15 years of financial and accounting experience. Ms. Malozewski is a Certified General Accountant.

		Nicholas Strube Treasurer Mr. Strube joined Equitable Trust in 2002. He has eight years of investment industry experience. Prior to joining Equitable Trust, he was a research analyst at Canaccord Capital Corporation from 1999 to 2001 and a research analyst at Levesque Beaubien Geoffrion Inc. (a predecessor company to National Bank Financial) from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Strube is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Master of Business Administration degree.

		David Soni Vice President, Financial Controls Mr. Soni joined Equitable Trust in 2006. David is a seasoned finance professional with 20+ years experience in corporate banking, structured finance, treasury and risk management. His experience includes Citibank Canada, Union Bank of Switzerland (Canada) and T-D Bank, plus he has held senior treasury positions with Finning International Inc. and Eldorado Gold Corporation. David is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
