Equitable's National Sales Team for Single Family Residential (SFR) Expands

		Equitable Trust is pleased to welcome four Regional Business Managers (RBMs) to its national sales team. Mike Raghubar rejoins the Company in the role of RBM for Toronto West. Most recently, he held the position of Senior Account Manager at Mortgage Alliance. Previously, Mike was a BDM at Equitable in the Commercial Lending Division. Prakash Bector has been appointed RBM for Toronto Central where he'll be working in conjunction with Sanjay Ramwani and Harry Singh. He joins us from TD Broker Services where he was a Regional Sales Manager. Corey Cox from Winnipeg will be servicing Manitoba and Saskatchewan as a RBM for both regions. Corey's experience at Avenue Mortgage as a broker brings great insight into his role. Lee Barnett transitions from the role of Team Lead, Residential Mortgage Underwriting to RBM for Toronto West. Lee joins the Toronto West Team with Joe Flor and Mike Raghubar to continue to service our brokers in this region. In addition, Equitable Trust announces the promotions of Ray Buela and Shirin Anand. Shirin becomes Equitable's newest Team Lead for Single Family, overseeing the underwriting for the Toronto West Team while Ray Buela has been named Manager of Residential Mortgage Underwriting in the Calgary Regional Office. Congratulations to all team members who bring a wealth of mortgage experience and service ethos to their roles.
